Transform your leadership journey in 2026: Selected youths will receive a Leadership Seed Pack- a practical starter toolkit designed to help emerging leaders turn ideas into action, and the chance to be invited to a TRGI Leadership Summit, creating a powerful springboard for disciplined and responsible leadership growth.

To access this opportunity, you must write and submit a clear Letter of Intent to Lead Change in at least one focus area:

• Enterprise and Innovation
• Community and Youth Development
• Global Development, Culture, and Diplomacy

Eligibility is open to youth aged 16–30, including students, creatives, professionals, entrepreneurs, and community volunteers who are ready to grow into disciplined and responsible leadership.

Letter of Intent Guidelines - How to Write Your Letter of Intent (LOI)

We want to hear not just what you want to do — but why it matters. In 500–1,000 words, your Letter of Intent should:

• Describe your motivation for leadership

• Identify a specific problem or opportunity you’re passionate about

• Articulate your vision for impact

• Highlight relevant experience or activities

• Show your commitment to growth through TRGI
